Courses I've Completed:
EVOC 501 - Teaching Designated Subjects (Winter 2004)
EVOC 518 - Field Work for Designated Subjects (Spring 2004)
EVOC 519 - Computer Applications for Vocational Teachers (Winter 2004)
EVOC 521 - Assessing Vocational Student Progress (Spring 2004)
I heartily recommend the EVOC courses at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). I had heard that it was a great program and it is! Here are some of the reasons I endorse it:

Distance Learning Option: If you are at some distance from the campus or just have a hectic schedule, you can complete the courses without ever attending a class! |

Affordability: There are no expensive textbooks to purchase. All the courses use "E-Texts" which are available online at a very low cost. Despite recent fee increases, tuition at the university is still very reasonable. |

Applicability: Vocational instructors will find that nearly everything they learn is immediately applicable in their classrooms. I can't keep up with implementing all the new things I've learned! |

Communication: Even if you never attend class, you won't feel out on a limb. All the EVOC instructors respond to email quickly -- usually within 24 hours. |
