LIST OF FIVE RESOURCE MATERIALS:

concepts, fourth edition.
This book is a good source of information on basic computer topics, including technical information regarding various hardware and software.
Beskeen, David W., et al. (2001) Microsoft Office 2000, illustrated
enhanced edition.
This book provides step-by-step instructions for using various features of the Windows 98/2000 operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office 2000.
